Kathmandu. Minister for Communications and Information Technology Jagadish Kharel made public the 19 decisions taken by the Council of Ministers at a press conference held at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology on Thursday.

According to Minister Kharel, the meeting decided to transfer the Department of Revenue Investigation and the Department of Money Laundering Investigation under the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers to the Ministry of Finance and the National Investigation Department under the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Kharel shared that 19 decisions including assigning responsibility to Janak Raj Sharma to work as the chairman of the Board of Directors of the Insurance Authority until further arrangement and accepting the resignation of joint-secretaries Dr Ram Govinda Aryal and Ramesh Sharma Poudyal.
