Kathmandu. The government has barred 5 people including CPN-UML Chairman and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and former Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak from leaving Kathmandu Valley and going abroad.
The commission had also barred Oli, former home secretary Gokarna Mani Duwadi, former chief of the National Investigation Department (NID) Hutraj Thapa and former Chief District Officer (CDO) Chhabilal Rijal from leaving Kathmandu Valley and going abroad.
