Kathmandu. Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City Mayor Harka Sampang is all set to launch a new political party. He has applied to the Election Commission for party registration.
He has proposed the name ‘Labour Culture Party’ in the EC on September 23 and put the election symbol ‘mud’.
He said, “The Election Commission has issued the notice! The name of the party is ‘Labour Culture Party’. The election symbol is ‘soil’! Don’t be confused or confused!”
