Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has fixed the exchange rate of foreign currency for today. According to the NRB, the selling rate of one US dollar has been fixed at Rs 141.77 and Rs 142.37.

The buying rate of European Euro 1 is 166.42 paise and the selling rate is 167.13 paise, the buying rate of UK Pound Sterling 1 is 190.42 paise and the selling rate is 191.22 rupees.

The selling rate of one Australian dollar has been fixed at Rs 93.69 and Rs 94.09, while the selling rate of Canadian dollar 1 has been fixed at Rs 101.83 and Rs 102.26.

Similarly, the buying rate of Japanese Yen 10 was Rs 9.58 and selling rate was Rs 9.62, the selling rate of Chinese Yuan 1 was Rs 19.91 and the selling rate was Rs 20, the selling rate of Saudi Arabian Riyal 1 was Rs 37.80 and the selling rate was Rs 37.96.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of Thai Dirham 1 is Rs 4.37 and the selling rate is Rs 4.39, the selling rate of UAE Dirham 1 is Rs 38.60 and the selling rate is Rs 38.76, the selling rate of Malaysian Ringat 1 is Rs 33.69 and the selling rate is Rs 33.83. The selling rate of Swedish kroner 1 has been fixed at Rs 15.05 and the selling rate of Danish kroner 1 has been fixed at Rs 22.29 and Rs 22.39.

The selling rate of Hong Kong Dinar 1 is Rs 18.22 and selling rate is Rs 18.30, Kuwaiti Dinar 1 is Rs 463.98 and selling rate is Rs 465.94, Bahrain Dinar 1 is selling at Rs 377.49, Omni Rial 1 is selling at Rs 368.21 and selling rate is Rs 369.77. The selling rate has been fixed at Rs 160 and Rs 100 for buying and Rs 100.

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has stated that the exchange rate can be revised at any time as per the need. However, the exchange rate fixed by the commercial bank may vary and the updated exchange rate will be available on the central bank’s website.
