Let’s go to Kathmandu. Today is the last day to apply for the initial public offering (IPO) issued by SY Panel Nepal Company. Project-affected locals can apply for the IPO only till office hours today

। The company has issued the IPO on September 23 for the project-affected people.

The company is issuing 5,232,548 units of shares worth Rs 52,32,54,800 i.e. 40 percent of the issued capital of Rs 1,30,89,37,100. Out of this, 2 percent i.e. 2,61,629 units of ordinary shares worth Rs 2,61,62,700 have been issued to the locals of the affected areas. Locals of all wards of Ratnanagar Municipality in Chitwan district can apply for the same.

Applications can be place for minimum 10 units and maximum 50,000 units.

Prabhu Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance. The locals can apply from SY Panel Nepal as well as from Prabhu Capital. Moreover, the interested bidders can apply from Prabhu Bank’s Sauraha and Tandi branch offices.
