Kathmandu. Joshi Hydropower Development Company Limited has auctioned around 2 lakh units of undistributed shares to the general public.

The company has issued 1,89,927 units of shares to the general public after allotting the right shares to the applicants.

The company has set a minimum issue price of Rs 100 per share. The interested bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 units and maximum 10 points of shares at a premium.

The tenders should be submitted by 3:00 pm on Tuesday, October 28 to November 24. The bid form will be received by Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited, the issue manager of the company, located at Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu.

Apart from this, Laxmi can also be found in Sunrise Bank’s Biratnagar-Hanuman Das Road, Birgunj-Adarshanagar, Hetauda, Pokhara-New Road, Butwal-Milan Chowk, Birendranagar-Birendra Chowk and Dhangadi-Laxmi Narayan Chowk.
