Kathmandu. Siddhartha Bank declares dividend on its shares The meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held on October 7 has decided to provide 10.53 percent dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY.
The company has proposed 5 percent bonus shares and 5.53 percent cash dividend including tax.
The dividend is approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and approved by the bank’s upcoming AGM.
