Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has set the exchange rate of the foreign currency for today. According to the Nepal Rastra Bank, the buying rate of one US dollar is Rs 141.78 and the selling rate is Rs 142.38. The buying rate of European Euro 1 has been fixed at Rs 164.88 and the selling rate of Euro 1 has been fixed at Rs 165.58, the UK pound sterling rate has been fixed at Rs 190.04 and the selling rate of Swiss Franc 1 has been fixed at Rs 177.27 and Rs 178.02.

The central bank has stated that the exchange rate can be revised at any time as per the need. However, the exchange rate fixed by the commercial bank may vary and the updated exchange rate will be available on the central bank’s website.
