Kathmandu. NIC Asia Bank has requested its customers to update their email address in their accounts.
Customers can update their email address by selecting Change email option by tapping on the bank’s Video KYC https://www.nicasiabank.com/video-kyc/ or My Profile available in mobile banking app.
In addition, the customers can apply to update their email address from any branch of the bank of their choice.
