Half a dozen writs filed in Supreme Court against dissolution of House of Representatives

Kathmandu. Half a dozen writ petitions have been filed at the Supreme Court against the dissolution of the House of Representatives. Other writ petitions are in the process of being filed.

The parliament was dissolved after the fall of the KP Sharma Oli-led government following the Genji agitation on September 23 and 24. The Supreme Court has opened the registration of writ petitions from today.

At around 11:30 am today, Yuvraj Safal, along with others, also filed a writ petition.
