Kathmandu. Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has appointed Purna Bahadur Khadka as the caretaker of the party’s central committee meeting today.
This is Deuba’s first public appearance since September 24. “I have said that I will hand over the leadership in the 15th general convention, after that even the statute does not give it. I will hand over the reins of the party to acting leader Purna Bahadur Khadka,” Deuba said.
