Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) Acting President Anjan Shrestha said that the government has urged the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) to extend the deadline for payment of the loan in the first quarter of the current fiscal year as the deadline for payment of the loan in the first quarter of the current fiscal has been nearer, as the incessant rains, floods and landslides have damaged the eastern and central parts of the country ।
He also urged the Rastra Bank (NRB) to extend the deadline as the big festival of Nepalis, Dashain, has been a public holiday for a long time and it has been difficult for the borrowers to pay the installments on time.
