Kathmandu. Global IME Bank has announced a cash dividend with 8 percent tax to its shareholders.
The bank has fixed the date for book closure for November 30. The shareholders who remain in power till November 30 will receive the dividend as determined by the bank.
The bank has called its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 12. The meeting will be held at Pragya Bhawan, Kamaladi.
