Sanima Bank Announces Dividend Dividend

Kathmandu. The AGM of Sanima Bank has been concluded. The meeting held today approved the dividend proposed to be given to the shareholders.

The bank has proposed a cash dividend of 7.3685 percent of its current paid-up capital (including tax). The proposal was passed by the assembly. The AGM has unanimously elected Tuk Prasad Poudel, Balaram Parajuli and Nisha Kumpak as directors of the company.

In the fiscal year 2081/82, the bank earned a net profit of Rs 2.57 billion. The bank has total assets of Rs 263.55 billion, deposit of Rs 225.48 billion and loan of Rs 183.45 billion.

Compared to the fiscal year 2080/81, the bank’s deposits, loan loans and total assets increased by 13.09 percent, 11.22 percent and 12.70 percent respectively. The bank has non-operating loan of 3.01 percent, capital fund of 13.01 percent, liquidity of 30.95 percent and loan deposit ratio of 81.03 percent.
