1,650 MW electricity demand on Laxmi Puja evening, 1,015 MW electricity exported

According to NEA, the total demand for electricity in the country was 1,602 MW on the day of Laxmi Puja last year. The total demand for electricity has increased by 48 MW this year compared to the last year. The NEA has been exporting electricity to India and Bangladesh.
