Kathmandu. Bipin Joshi was cremated with national honours today. A man was cremated with national honours at Bhujela Ghat of Mahakali River in Kanchanpur this morning.

Kanchanpur: A funeral procession was carried out from a house at Bhashi of Bhimdutta municipality-8 in Kanchanpur district. A team led by Israeli Ambassador Shmulik Ari Bass offered their condolences to the family.

The body was brought to Kathmandu from Israel on Monday and taken to Dhangadhi by a Nepal Army Sky Truck.

According to the forensic examination report sent by Israel, Vipin died of a bullet in the head.

Bipin, who had gone to Israel two years ago as part of the ‘Learn and Earn’ program of the Far-Western University, was attacked by Hamas within a month of arriving in Israel.
