Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Home Affairs has transferred Chief District Officers and Joint Secretaries of various districts today.

As per the decision of the Ministry today, 36 employees including Joint Secretary and Chief District Officer have been transferred and deputed. A total of 31 Chief District Officers, one Chief Immigration Officer, two Joint Secretaries and two Directors General have been transferred and posted.

Chief Immigration Officer of Gautam Buddha International Airport, Khim Bahadur Rayamajhi, has been appointed as the Chief District Officer of Jumla. Chief District Officer (CDO) of Jumla, Kedarnath Sharma, has been designated as the Chief Immigration Officer at Gautam Buddha International Airport. Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Basudev Ghimire, has been sent to the Chief District Officer of Jhapa and Gopal Kumar Adhikari of Jhapa to the Chief District Officer of Kavrepalanchowk.

Likewise, Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Home Affairs Gogan Bahadur Hamal has been transferred to Bardiya district while Surendra Poudel has been transferred to Siraha. Likewise, Director General of the Department of National Identity Card and Civil Registration Yubaraj Kattel has been transferred to Morang and Morang Chief District Officer Indradev Yadav to Mahottari.

Director General of the Department of Criminal Property Management, Prem Prasad Bhattarai, has been transferred to the Chief District Officer of Lalitpur, while Suman Ghimire, Chief District Officer of Lalitpur, has been transferred to the Department. According to the ministry’s notice, CDO posts have been appointed in Rupandehi, Kailali, Nawalparasi, Mahottari, Dolakha, Parsa, Udayapur, Dadeldhura, Lamjung, Banke, Bardiya, Jumla, Arghakhanchi, Rautahat, Kapilvastu, Sindhuli, Achham, Gulmi, Sunsari, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, Morang, Jhapa, Kavre, Bara, Dhanusha, Makwanpur, Gorkha, Sarlahi and Siraha.
