Kathmandu. Former Minister for Foreign Affairs Arzu Rana Deuba’s name has been linked to the Ullens Education Foundation. The business of this foundation has increased in the last fiscal year as compared to the previous fiscal year.

In the last fiscal year, the foundation has done a business of Rs 77.40 crore. The foundation had a turnover of Rs 76.50 crore in 2024. The foundation, which runs the Ullens School, had a business of Rs 75.4 crore in 2023.

The non-profit Ullens Education Foundation is running the Ullens School (K-12 and IBDP). Grade 11 and 12 are affiliated to National Examinations Board and IBDP of Switzerland.

The foundation was established in 2006. Similarly, the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) is affiliated to the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) based in Switzerland.

The foundation has a loan rating of Rs 65 lakh, both short-term and long-term. The foundation has rated a loan of Rs 5 crore in the short term and Rs 60 crore in the long term. Care Rating Nepal has reaffirmed the Foundation’s provision regarding loan facility to the company’s loan.

The foundation has retained its ‘Care-NP Three’ rating for the foundation’s long-term loan.
