Kathmandu. The chairman and directors of Gorkhas Finance have been ousted.
Gaurav Budhathoki, chairman of the finance company, resigned from his post on Sunday citing personal reasons.
A meeting of the Board of Directors held today approved the resignation tendered by Budhathoki.
Similarly, the meeting also appointed founder director Kalpana Khapung as the chairperson.
Neelam Bohara, a director of the finance company, has also resigned. His resignation citing personal reasons has been accepted today.
