Kathmandu. The hearing on 16 writ petitions filed at the Supreme Court (SC) against the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR) has begun from today.
According to Supreme Court spokesperson Arjun Prasad Koirala, the writ petitions demanding certiorari and mandamus order regarding the appointment of the Prime Minister, annulment of the dissolution of Parliament and reinstatement of Parliament will be heard in the writ petitions.
