Kathmandu. The decisions taken by the meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Wednesday were made public on Thursday. Minister for Communications and Information Technology Jagadish Kharel, who is also the spokesperson of the government, announced the decision at a press conference held at the Ministry on Thursday.
