Kathmandu. CPN (Maoist Centre) leader Janardan Sharma has announced ‘Progressive Campaign Nepal’. He announced the campaign at a press conference in Lalitpur on Tuesday.
He said that the campaign has been announced in a way to embrace transparency and remain committed to the problems of oppressed class, caste, region, gender and community. “Politics is being understood as a business,” he said.
CPN (Maoist Centre) leaders Ram Karki and Anjana Bishunkhe were also present at the press conference. Eight political groups including the CPN (Maoist Centre) and the CPN (Unified Socialist) have agreed to unify the two parties. Sharma is against the unification of the party. He has said that he will not be involved in the unification.
