Kathmandu. The Supreme Court (SC) has rejected the interim order filed by Hitendra Dev Shakya demanding the reinstatement of him as the executive director of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA).
A single bench of Justice Nripa Dhwaj Niraula rejected the interim order and summoned the government for discussions. Shakya had moved the Supreme Court demanding reinstatement of him, saying he was removed illegally.
