Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has organized the fifth season of Kamana Sewa Futsal Cup on Saturday.
In men’s category, Siddhartha Bank defeated Prime Commercial Bank 2-0 to win the title. Likewise, in the women’s category, Lumbini Bikas Bank defeated Global IME Bank 1-0 to win the title.
Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has been organizing Futsal Cup every year on the occasion of its anniversary. The winners and runners-up received trophies, medals and certificates from the bank.
The event was inaugurated by the bank’s DCEO Binaya Dahal handed over the ball to ANFA referee Anjana Sunuwar and the prizes were handed over to the winners and runners-up by Bikash Dhungana, Chief Operating Officer of the bank. A total of 17 teams under men’s category and nine teams in women’s category took part in the tournament.
The tournament was attended by various heads of departments and employees of the bank. On the occasion of its 19th anniversary, the bank is also organizing a nationwide blood donation program on Thursday.
