Kathmandu. The Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) index fell by 30.02 points to close at 2,566.09 on Thursday. Likewise, the sensitive index decreased by 5.90 points, while the float index decreased by 2.42 points and the sensitive float index decreased by 2.21 points.

A total of 1,06,19,180 units of shares of 323 companies were traded and Rs 4.90 billion worth was traded on Sunday. Shares of 28 companies increased today, while shares of 222 companies declined.

Today, Union Hydropower and Nepal Re Insurance Company Ltd were the most traded. Today, Union Hydropower has a turnover of Rs 27.76 crore and the company’s share price is Rs 525. Similarly, Nepal Re Insurance Ltd has a turnover of Rs 23.53 crore. The company’s shares are at Rs 1,367 per share.

Similarly, the stock of 3 companies has reached the positive circuit while the shares of Unnati Sahayog Laghubitta have reached the negative circuit.
