Sumitra Subedi Bhand TAG_CLOSE_strong_3 ari appointed Yadav to the post this morning and administered the oath of office and secrecy at the same hotel on Sunday.TAG_OPEN_strong_3 TAG_OPEN_p_7 This is the first time that the Chief Minister of Madhes Province has taken oath of office and secrecy outside the government building.

According to Article 168 (3) of the Constitution, Yadav was appointed as the Chief Minister after Jitendra Sonal, who was the previous Chief Minister {{TAG_CLOSE_strong_2 TAG_OPEN_strong_2}}, resigned from the post.TAG_OPEN_p_6
