Hotel Hyatt Regency to cut 133 workers

. The five-star hotel Hyatt Regency has announced a reduction in workers. The hotel has decided to cut off 133 workers citing that the hotel was completely damaged due to vandalism, looting and fire during the Genji agitation on September 7 and 24.

The hotel’s decision will come into effect from December 2 TAG_OPEN_div_13 2. According to the hotel, the renovation work has already begun. For this, it has to manage the expenses by raising financial resources and the hotel has reduced the staff as it is unable to employ workers in the hotel that is not in operation during this period.

{{TAG_OPEN_div_11} Criminal groups had entered the hotel premises and vandalized, looted and set fire during the agitation on September 7 and 24. In the incident, a foreign guest jumped from the fourth floor while trying to save his life from the fire and died in course of treatment.
