Kathmandu. Altitude Air, which has been providing helicopter services in Nepal, has a business of Rs 560 million in a year. The company had a turnover of Rs 560 million in the last fiscal year 2081÷082.
In the previous financial year, the company had a turnover of Rs 50.20 crore in 2024 and Rs 47.80 crore in 2023. In the last fiscal year, the company earned a profit of 18 percent. The total cash deposit of the company has reached Rs 20 crore. In 2024, it was Rs 14.6 crore.
Similarly, the company has a rating of Rs 85.07 crore for long-term and short-term loan. The company has rated Rs 63.01 crore for long-term loan and Rs 22.05 crore for short term loan.
The chairman of the company is Nimanuru Sherpa. Sherpa has been associated with the tourism sector for more than three decades. The company recently purchased a new helicopter and brought it into operation. The company has brought the helicopter into operation from the first quarter of the current fiscal year. The company was established in 2015 and started its business operations in October 2016.
The airline has been operating three H125 Airbus helicopters to include charter flights, mountain flights, rescue flights, medevac flights, pilgrimage flights, filming flights, chasing flights, etc. It has been providing services to the Everest Base Camp, Lukla, Muktinath and Pokhara.
