Gulmi starts 4 flights a week from today

Gulmi. Resunga Airport has started operating 4 flights a week from today. Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) Resunga station chief Suman Thapa informed that regular flights have resumed from today.

The Twin Otter aircraft of the Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) had been operating only on Thursdays once a week for the past five months. Chief Thapa said that the aircraft has resumed four flights a week after the repair of the damaged Twin Otter aircraft.

Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) is to operate flights to and from Resunga Airport four times a week on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC)’s 19-seater twin otter aircraft has been operating flights from Kathmandu airport at 6:30 am and from Resunga at 7:30 am. The corporation has fixed the fare from Kathmandu to Gulmi at Rs 7,500 and from Gulmi to Kathmandu at Rs 7,300.

According to the corporation, the flights had to be operated only in the morning due to the high pressure of wind during the day time at Resunga airport.
