Kathmandu. A focal unit has been set up at the Ministry of Finance to coordinate with foreign investors and donor agencies. Ministry spokesperson Tanka Prasad Pandey said that such a unit has been established.

According to him, a focal unit has been established under the International Economic Relations Division of the Ministry to make coordination with foreign investors and international development financial institutions effective, to facilitate and coordinate for foreign investors and to strengthen coordination with other ministries and agencies on foreign investment.

Pandey said that the unit will make necessary coordination on matters related to banking and revenue which will have direct connection with the Ministry of Finance for foreign investors.
