Kathmandu. Nepal Hydro Developers Company has declared a dividend for its shareholders. The company has proposed to pay dividend to shareholders from the profit of the last financial year.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on November 12 has proposed the dividend.
The company is offering 9 percent bonus shares and 0.47 percent cash for tax purposes.
The proposal will be approved by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and approved by the next annual general meeting.
