Kathmandu. Shangrila Development Bank has declared a dividend of 10.35 per cent. The board of directors of the bank has declared 5% bonus share and 5.35% cash dividend.
After the bonus share, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 3.55 billion that will reach Rs 3.72 billion. The bank is issuing bonus shares worth Rs 36.83 crore to its shareholders.
