Kathmandu. Activists of medical entrepreneur Durga Prasain have seized the property auctioned by NIC Asia Bank’s Butwal branch.

The bank has seized the property that had been auctioned off for Rs 10 crore. A video of the bank’s assets seized by Prasai’s cadres is now available on TikTok.

Activists of the campaign broke the keys and tore the board of the bank to save the citizens of Durga Prasain. The security guard has been taken into custody. The protesters also did not allow the security guards to contact other people.

They shouted slogans against the bank. They also chanted slogans of ‘Long live Durga Prasai’. They have also raised slogans saying that they should be able to do business and eat.
