. Greenedi Energy Limited has appointed Prabhu Capital Limited as the issue and sales manager for the purpose of issuing Primary Shares (IPO) to the local residents and the general public. The agreement in this regard was signed on Monday, November 1, 2002.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Yuresh Man Kayastha, Chairman of Greenadi Energy Limited and Mr. Ashish Gauchan, Managing Director of Prabhu Capital.TAG_OPEN_p_7

The company is preparing to issue 30% of its issued capital to the locals and general public of the project-affected area.TAG_OPEN_p_6 Greenadi Energy has already brought the Idi Khola Hydropower Project constructed in Idi Khola of Kaski district into commercial production from April 22, 2082.

Individuals with experience in banking, hydropower, insurance and capital markets are involved in the project. The project is based on the Hydrology Q-65 structure.

Chairman of the company, Yuresh Man Kayastha, said that the company plans to invest in solar and green energy along with other hydropower projects in the future.TAG_OPEN_p_4
