Kathmandu. Shivam Cements Company has declared dividend from the profit of the last fiscal year.
The meeting of the Board of Directors held on Sunday has proposed 2.50 percent bonus share and 10 percent cash dividend including tax.
Similarly, the company has decided to call its annual general meeting on December 9.
The company, which has called the AGM, will close its book on November 26. Shareholders who are valid till November 26 will get the dividend fixed by the company.
