Kathmandu. The chairman and directors of the cooperative bank have received Rs 72,35,273 as allowance in the last fiscal year.

In the last fiscal year, the bank’s directors received Rs 1.7 million as meeting allowance. Similarly, other expenses related to the operator were Rs 55,31,273. During this period, the other expenses are more than the allowance received by the director.

The chairman of the board of directors of the bank gets Rs 6,000 per meeting allowance and other directors get Rs 6,000 per meeting. Similarly, the chairman and directors are given Rs 2,000 per meeting allowance for attending the meeting. The bill is paid according to the ticket of the bus and the plane.

The chairman and directors of the bank are paid Rs 6,000 as daily travel allowance and Rs 5,000 per month to the chairman and director as communication allowance. Mahendra Kumar Giri is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank.

Similarly, the board members are Ramesh Prasad Pokharel, Amrita Limbu, Parbati Thapa, Bishwanath Mandal, Bijaya Dhital, Tara Gurung, Kali Bahadur Mahatara and Dhruba Raj Bista.
