Kathmandu. Ngadi Group Power Company has declared a dividend.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Tuesday has proposed to provide 4.75 percent bonus shares and 0.25 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY.
The dividend declared by the company will be approved by the next general meeting.
