Kathmandu. Sarbottam Cement Company has announced 20% dividend to its shareholders.

The company has called a meeting for December 26.

The book will be closed for November 26 for the purpose of the meeting. The shareholders who remain in power till November 26 will receive 20 percent dividend as determined by the company.

The company has proposed to provide 5 percent bonus shares and 15 percent cash dividend from the profit of the last fiscal year.

The company will present a proposal in the meeting to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association to give authority to the Board of Directors and appoint an auditor.

After the meeting approves the proposal, the shareholders will get the dividend.
