Kathmandu. The stock market has fallen slightly. The index that measures the market decreased by 4.98 points to sit at 2561.08 points.

A total of 8,388,373 units of shares of 338 companies were traded at Rs 3,778,86,32,771. The sub-indices of hotels, production and processing, and trading groups saw a slight improvement.

The sub-indices of the rest of the group have turned red. Share prices of Mabilung Energy, Daramkhola Hydro, Sagar Distillery, Him Star Energy, Bungal Hydro, Sanvi Energy, Bandipur Cable Car and Jhapa Energy remained locked in the positive circuit.
