Kathmandu. Swalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has declared dividend.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Wednesday has declared 10 percent dividend. The company has declared 5.63 percent bonus shares and 4.36 percent cash dividend including tax.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsed by the upcoming AGM of the company.
