Kathmandu. The Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) has called its annual general meeting. The bank has called the meeting for December 29.

The bank will close its book on November 30 for the AGM. Shareholders who are eligible till November 29 will receive the bank’s fixed dividend and will be eligible to participate in the AMA.

The bank has proposed a 3.5 percent bonus share and 9.75 percent cash dividend from the profit of the last fiscal year.

Similarly, the meeting has proposed distributing 6 percent cash dividend along with tax to the shareholders of the unreleased unsecured preference shares, authorizing the Board of Directors to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and appointing an auditor.
