Kathmandu. Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is set to issue debentures worth Rs 1 billion.
The meeting of the Board of Directors held on Thursday has decided to issue subsidiary term debentures worth Rs 1 billion. The company will get an interest rate of 7 percent.
The debentures will be submitted to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval and the issuance will be done with approval from the Securities Board of Nepal.
