Kathmandu. ICFC Finance has declared a 15.78 per cent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The company has called its annual general meeting for December 29. The book will be closed on December 19 for the purpose of the meeting.
The shareholders who are eligible till December 1 will be eligible to receive the dividend determined by the company and will be able to participate in the AAM.
