Kathmandu. Nepal SBI Bank has declared a dividend on its shareholder dividend. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Monday has declared dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.
The bank has declared 4 percent bonus share and 5 percent cash dividend including tax.
The dividend proposal is subject to approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsed by the upcoming AGM of the company.
