Kathmandu. NexGen Management and Equity Solutions Limited is going to issue ordinary shares (IPO).

The company is issuing 15 lakh units of shares worth Rs 150 million at a price of Rs 100 per share. Laxmi Sunrise Capital has been appointed as the issue manager.

Mr. Ramesh Kumar Bhattarai, Managing Director of Nexgen Management & Equity Solutions and Mr. Bijay Lal Shrestha, CEO of Sunrise Capital Limited signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. NexGen Management & Equity Solutions has an authorized capital of Rs 100 crore and an issued capital of Rs 50 crore.

The company distributed cash dividend last year and transferred its net profit to reserve fund this year. The net worth is higher than the face value of the shares. The chairman of the company is Devendra Pratap Shah, former banker and former chairman of the Insurance Authority.
