Kathmandu. Sikless Hydropower Company has decided to pay dividend to its shareholders. The company has decided to pay 15.78 percent dividend to its shareholders.

The company has decided to provide 15 percent bonus share and 0.78 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. The Electricity Regulatory Commission (ERC) has approved the dividend.

The company has called its annual general meeting for December 29. The book will be closed on the 18th for the purpose of the meeting. Shareholders who remain in power till 17th of this month will get the dividend fixed by the company.

The company has called its 20th and 21st meetings on the same day. The company has proposed to issue 1:1 right shares along with dividend. This proposal will be available to the shareholders after the upcoming general meeting of the company.
