Kathmandu. Today is the last day to secure dividends of the two companies.

The shareholders of NRN Infrastructure and Development and Shivam Cements will get the dividend determined by the company. The book close of both companies will be held on Thursday.

NRN Company will issue 40% bonus shares and Rs 2.50 crore for tax. The company has announced a 105 percent cash dividend. The meeting will be held at Amrapali Banquet, Thirbam Road, Kathmandu on December 18 to approve the dividend.

Shivam Cement has proposed 2.5 percent bonus shares and 10 percent cash dividend. The 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been called at the National Assembly Hall, Exhibition Road, Kathmandu on December 10.
