Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to Bhujung Hydropower Limited to issue an initial public offering (IPO). The company has been allowed to issue an IPO of 20 percent of the total paid-up capital.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 1 billion. The company has received approval from the board to issue 20 percent i.e. 20 lakh units of shares worth Rs 200 million.
Kumari Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO.
