Coordinator Dangol directs to include environmental aspect while preparing infrastructure development plan

. Kathmandu Metropolitan City deputy mayor and monitoring committee coordinator Sunita Dangal directed the department to consider environmental and social aspects while designing the designs in the process of infrastructure planning, designing and cost estimation.

The plan was to lay stones on this road section through the method of water replenishment. For this, a test was conducted on 100 meters of road for about a month. The plan was amended and implemented after the regular movement of vehicles made the construction of the road with water recharge unsustainable.

The construction side was given a work order on July 9, 2081 to complete the work by the end of October 2082. According to Rai, the construction period has increased due to the test of water recharge in the ground and amendment of the plan.
