Kathmandu. Kathmandu: A motorcyclist has died after being hit by a car at Kantipath in Kathmandu.

The deceased has been identified as Santosh Khadka, 34, of Likhu Rural Municipality-9 in Okhaldhunga district when a car (BAB 5724) hit his scooter (Ba 82 Pa 2088) at Kantipath of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-27.

Khadka, who was critically injured in the accident, died while undergoing treatment at KMC Hospital this morning, according to the Nepal Police Headquarters. Police have arrested the driver for further investigation.
